It gives a customer the ability to detect, contain, and respond to threats across users, devices, and cloud environments — without building a full internal security team. Velocity MDR+ aggregates telemetry from endpoints, firewalls, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and identity sources into a centralized SIEM, where it is correlated using hundreds of rules and threat intelligence feeds. That lets the SOC catch more than malware on a device — it surfaces identity-based attacks such as credential misuse, lateral movement, and account compromise. The service also includes endpoint detection and response, ransomware mitigation, vulnerability management, DNS protection, and automated response workflows, so threats are not only found but actively contained.
